Functional Scope
:
Supply Chain Management (SCM), Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of integrations between SAP S/4
  
  HANA and external systems (e.g., legacy systems, 3PLs, maintenance vendors, EAM tools).
• Define interface architecture for supply chain and MRO data flows (e.g., Work Orders, Purchase Orders, Inventory Movements, Equipment Master).
• Manage interface development using SAP PI/PO or SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), including: iDOCs, BAPIs, RFCs, REST/SOAP Web Services.
• Oversee technical specifications, mapping rules, error handling, and monitoring setup.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, especially in EAM, MM, and PM modules, to ensure accurate data synchronization.
• Own end-to-end data migration strategy and execution for SCM and MRO:
  Equipment Master, BOMs, Maintenance Plans, Work Centers, Inventory Balances, Open Purchase Orders and Service Orders.
• Define data cleansing, transformation, validation, and enrichment rules.
• Use SAP Data Services (or SAP Migration Cockpit) to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from legacy systems.
• Drive data quality initiatives; coordinate with business teams for sign-offs on mock loads and final loads.
• Prepare and maintain data load plans, cutover strategies, and reconciliation reports.
• Ensure alignment with SAP Activate methodology.

Team Leadership & Stakeholder Collaboration

• Lead a team of integration developers and data migration specialists.
• Liaise with business leads, functional consultants, and basis/security teams to align technical requirements.
• Serve as the single point of contact for integration and data migration deliverables.
• Report status, risks, and issues to program leadership.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of SAP experience with at least 2 full S/4
  
  HANA implementations.
• Strong hands-on knowledge in SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI, and SAP Data Services.
• Deep understanding of supply chain and MRO business processes.
• Expertise in handling complex data migration with high data volumes.
• Experience working with third-party logistics and maintenance systems.
• Familiarity with IDoc/ALE, proxies, file/FTP, and API-based interfaces.
• Experience in industries with strong MRO functions (e.g., Aerospace, Utilities, Oil & Gas).
• SAP Activate methodology experience.
• Familiarity with tools like LSMW, LTMC, or SAP BODS accelerators.
