Overview

The Job Description

  • Provide technical support and monitoring to ensure database availability and response time.
  • Assist in implementing requests and solving incidents as agreed in the general performance indicators and SLA.
  • Review the application activities on the databases and cooperating with application owners to solve issues and ensure system stability.
  • Support in administrating databases in all environments.
  • Monitor the performance of multiple databases in different environments.
  • Support in reviewing and implementing changes on database structure.
  • Support in reviewing database design and enforcing database naming standards.
  • Assisting in supporting data replication among multiple databases and disaster recovery site.
  • Provide on call 24/7 support for production environment.

    • 0 – 3 years of experience in database administration.
