Responsibilities

• Perform data assessments to evaluate the quality, consistency, and completeness of data assets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop data management strategies and roadmaps.
• Design and implement data governance frameworks, including data policies, standards, and procedures.
• Develop data management processes and workflows to ensure data quality and integrity.
• Identify data management tools and technologies to support data initiatives.
• Implement data profiling, cleansing, and enrichment processes.
• Define data security and privacy measures and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Train and educate stakeholders on data management best practices and procedures.
• Provide guidance and support in data migration and integration projects.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data management.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Management Consultant or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of data management principles and best practices.
• Experience in assessing data quality, data governance, and data maturity.
• Proficiency in data profiling, cleansing, and enrichment techniques.
• Knowledge of data security and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
• Familiarity with data management tools and technologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
