RPA Engineer – Entry Level

Join Advansys as an entry‑level RPA Engineer. The role focuses on designing, developing, testing, and documenting automation bots using UiPath.

• Assist in designing and deploying UiPath bots for business processes.
• Analyze business processes, map process steps, and identify automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and support solution implementation.
• Document process flows, bot designs, and standard operating procedures.
• Participate in testing, debugging, and troubleshooting bot functionality.
• Contribute to process documentation and knowledge sharing.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Familiarity with UiPath or other RPA tools (academic projects or training).
• Basic understanding of SQL, APIs, and business process mapping.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication, teamwork, and proactive attitude.
• Enthusiasm to learn and grow within the RPA domain.
• Optional:
  UiPath Academy training or beginner‑level certifications.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to fast‑changing automation technologies.
• Basic testing proficiency and debugging basics.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and commitment to documentation quality.
