We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the Agentic AI-based process automation in optimizing operations for a leading organization in Saudi Arabia. This role will act as the primary client-facing representative
, ensuring smooth execution, managing local stakeholders, and working closely with delivery team to drive the success of the POC and further business expansion.

• Project Execution & Delivery:
  • Own and drive the successful execution of the Agentic AI POCs / Pilots / Productisations
    , ensuring alignment with client expectations.
  • Define and manage project scope, timeline, deliverables, and quality standards
    .
  • Coordinate between technical team and local business stakeholders
    .
• Stakeholder Management & Business Growth:
  • Serve as the primary contact for client stakeholders, ensuring alignment and satisfaction.
  • Communicate project progress, risks, and milestones to senior finance leaders and operations teams.
  • Identify opportunities to extend the engagement beyond the POC and drive additional AI implementations.
• Manage the delivery team
  , ensuring timely execution of tasks.
• Monitor risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies
  .
• Ensure all project activities comply with the clients finance regulations and operational requirements.
• AI Strategy & Process Optimization:
  • Work closely with Business Analysts and Technical Teams to refine the AI-driven workflows.
  • Validate the impact of AI-driven process optimizations and ensure alignment with business objectives

  • Plan for the transition from POC to full-scale implementation
    .

• 10+ years of overall project management experience with decent experience in finance operations, AI (Gen AI, Agentic workflows), and automation projects.
• Proven experience managing client engagements and delivering high-impact projects.
• A strong understanding of finance operations workflows and digital transformation in financial services is a plus.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Experience working with AI (Gen AI, Agentic workflows), RPA, or automation technologies is a strong plus

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
