Responsibilities
- Analyze current business systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements.
- Design system workflows, data models, and functional specifications.
- Conduct system testing, integration, and validation to ensure quality and performance.
- Support system deployment, user training, and documentation.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide post-implementation support.
- Ensure solutions comply with IT security standards and organizational policies.
- Good understanding of government regulations, especially military service laws.
- Deep knowledge of SDLC, Agile, Scrum.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a similar field.
- 5+ years of experience.
- Required professional certificates:
Agile Scrum Master. - Proficiency in English and Arabic.
- Strong knowledge of customs regulations and trade compliance procedures.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
