Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Digital Technical Delivery Lead to be part of our Digital and AI practice which delivers high-impact consulting, strategy, business excellence, and analytics projects to our clients across MENA. In this role, the ideal candidate is expected to govern and manage delivery of a strategic project for a government body providing real estate B2B B2C digital services to citizens and businesses over a greenfield digital platform (web and mobile), which will be delivered with a 3rd party company.

• Setup governance structure to manage the digital transformation program around national platform delivery
• Lead and manage the delivery of the project from initiation to completion
• Develop detailed project plans, resource allocation, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies
• Oversee day-to-day operations of SDLC, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support
• Ensure the delivery is inline with the 3rd party contract and stakeholder requirements/ expectations
• Monitor and ensure compliance with organizational processes, quality standards, and security policies
• Provide improvements to the existing delivery operating model and methodology
• Actively capture required information, develop and lead weekly, bi-weekly and steerco program reporting

• Strong Arabic and English proficiencies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Scie nce, Engineering, Software Development, Product Development or related field
• 6+ years of experience in software delivery, technology project management, or a related role with 2+ years in consulting.
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst ( IIBA certification is a plus)
• Track record in designing and rolling-out system implementation and/ or custom development projects
• Track record in Digital Product Management and SDLC (Waterfall and Agile frameworks)
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to risk and issue management.
• Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust, influence, and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Confluence, Slack) E2E portal, web, app development/ implementation and delivery lead experience
• PMO, SDLC, Digital Product Management Lifecycle
• GCC and Real estate sector experience
