We are seeking a highly skilled Security Expert - ICT Compliance for one of our biggest clients, a well-known government entity in Riyadh.

The Security Expert will be responsible for ensuring compliance of the ICT environment with NCA and GACA security policies. The role involves implementing and maintaining security standards and controls, monitoring risks and vulnerabilities, supporting audits, and promoting security awareness across teams to maintain a secure and compliant environment.

• Ensure compliance with NCA and GACA security policies and regulations.
• Implement, enforce, and maintain ICT security standards and controls.
• Monitor and assess security risks, vulnerabilities, and regulatory changes.
• Support internal and external security audits, ensuring readiness and compliance.
• Drive awareness programs and training to strengthen security culture across teams.
• Collaborate with IT, infrastructure, and compliance teams to address security requirements.
• Maintain documentation of compliance processes, controls, and policies.
• Recommend improvements to enhance security posture and regulatory alignment.

• Minimum of +10 years of experience in ICT security and compliance roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Aviation industry experience is preferred.
• Proven expertise in ICT compliance, risk management, and security frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Certifications:
  
  ITIL v4 (Required);
  CompTIA Security+ (Required); NCA Compliance Certification (Preferred).
