Join Qiddiya Investment Company as the Director - Assets Infrastructure Operations, a key leadership role where you will be entrusted with driving the strategic and operational management of our IT asset and infrastructure portfolio. In this critical position, you’ll spearhead initiatives to ensure our technological backbone supports the ambitious vision of Qiddiya, boldly navigating the complexities of modern IT infrastructure to optimize performance, reliability, and compliance.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for IT asset and infrastructure operations, aligning with business objectives and organizational goals
• Lead and manage the operations of IT infrastructure, including servers, storage systems, networks, and cloud environments, ensuring high availability and performance
• Oversee life cycle management processes for IT assets, including planning, acquisition, utilization, maintenance, and retirement to maximize value and efficiency
• Establish and enforce governance frameworks, policies, and procedures for asset management and infrastructure operations that align with industry best practices and compliance requirements
• Monitor operational KPIs and develop executive dashboards to provide insights into asset performance, operational efficiency, and areas for improvement
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the infrastructure team, encouraging innovation and adoption of new technologies
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts, ensuring quality service delivery and alignment with organizational objectives
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate infrastructure solutions that support business needs and digital transformation initiatives
• Lead disaster recovery and business continuity planning, ensuring the resilience and security of infrastructure operations
• Develop and mentor a high‑performing team of IT professionals, providing direction and guidance to foster their growth and development

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• 10+ years of senior management experience in IT infrastructure and asset management
• Proven track record of developing and executing infrastructure strategies in complex environments
• Strong knowledge of ITIL, COBIT, and best practices related to IT asset management and infrastructure governance
• Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making capabilities
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on stakeholder engagement
• Certifications such as PMP, ITIL Expert, or equivalent management credentials are preferred
