AI Product Manager

Master-Works is on the lookout for a passionate and experienced AI Product Manager to lead the development and management of our AI-driven products. In this role, you will serve as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that our AI solutions not only meet user needs but also align with our strategic objectives. You will drive the product lifecycle from concept through launch and beyond, using your expertise to deliver innovative and impactful AI products.

Responsibilities:

• Define the product vision and roadmap for AI products, ensuring alignment with company goals and user needs

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and UX designers, to gather requirements and translate them into actionable product features

• Conduct market research to stay informed about AI trends and gather insights on competitive offerings

• Manage the development process, ensuring timely delivery of product milestones while maintaining high quality

• Communicate product changes, updates, and enhancements to stakeholders and team members

• Utilize data analytics to measure product performance and drive continuous improvements

• Foster a user-centric product culture by gathering and analyzing user feedback and conducting usability testing

• Stay abreast of advancements in artificial intelligence technology and integrate them into product strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, AI, Business Administration)

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a demonstrated focus on AI products

• Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, along with experience in applying them to real-world applications

• Excellent project management skills and familiarity with agile methodologies

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and user insights

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

• A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams

• Experience with user research methodologies and product testing is preferred

• Familiarity with programming languages or AI tools is a plus
