Senior Manager - Advanced Analytics

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager - Advanced Analytics to enhance our analytics capabilities and drive data-driven decision-making throughout the organization. In this pivotal role, you will leverage advanced analytical techniques to uncover insights that inform strategic initiatives and operational improvements. You will lead a talented team of data scientists and analysts, guiding their work to deliver impactful analytics solutions aligned with our business goals.

The Senior Manager will work closely with various departments to identify opportunities for advanced analytics, develop predictive models, and communicate insights effectively to stakeholders. Your leadership will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of innovation and analytics within the company, ensuring that data is at the forefront of our decision-making processes.

• Oversee development and planning activities for the advanced analytics team
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to propose data & AI use cases and obtain required funding; plan resources and budget for implementation
• Manage the demand and delivery for use cases, plan realistic timelines and prioritize items in pipeline and backlog; ensure transparency with stakeholders; manage use case delivery with different vendors
• Work in close collaboration with the data engineering & architecture and BI service team to ensure data availability
• Work in close collaboration with data strategy and governance teams in defining and refreshing data and analytics strategy
• Ensure that advanced analytics projects align with organizational goals
• Ensure utilization of data analytics platform and visualization tools to deliver insights to stakeholders
• Collect and report progress metrics and obstacles/delays on a regular basis
• Research and implement cutting-edge techniques and tools in machine learning, deep learning, and artificial intelligence for efficient data analysis
• Identify best practices in analytical modeling and applying them to use case development that support business objectives
• Advise product teams on new products, features, or updates through data-based recommendations and stay up-to-date with latest trends
• Demonstrate deep understanding of quantitative analysis, predictive and prescriptive models; mastery of advanced analytic tools
• Exhibit excellent communication, team management, stakeholder and project management, critical thinking, and analytical skills

• A Master's degree or PhD in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline
• At least 8 years of experience in analytics, data science, or related fields, with a strong focus on leadership roles
• Proven experience in developing and deploying predictive models and leveraging big data analytics
• Strong proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex analytical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Experience with programming languages relevant to data analysis (such as Python, R, or SQL)
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under tight deadlines
