Key Responsibilities- Develop, cleanse, and maintain benchmarking data, cost databases, and rate libraries so they can be used easily across multiple projects.
- Build and maintain clear, interactive dashboards and reporting tools in Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Present portfolio-level insights that help the RBU make quick, informed decisions.
- Work with teams across the RBU to interpret design metrics, development data, and commercial inputs.
- Provide regular cost and market insight reports that support planning and governance.
- Support governance activities by preparing cost plan data, papers, and action tracking.
- Degree in Data Science, Engineering, Construction, Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience in data analytics or reporting within construction, infrastructure, or real estate.
- Strong capability in Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization platforms.
- Ability to interpret and apply design metrics and development data in a construction context.
- Experience in large‑scale development or master‑planning environments is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills, good attention to detail, and a collaborative way of working.
