In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets to uncover valuable insights that drive business strategies and operational improvements. Your expertise in data analysis will play a vital role in enhancing our data-driven culture and informing decision-making processes across the organization.

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and patterns
• Develop and implement analytical models to evaluate business performance
• Create comprehensive reports and dashboards that summarize findings and insights for stakeholders
• Work closely with teams to determine data needs and provide analytical solutions
• Use statistical methods to derive insights and predict future trends
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data through rigorous validation and quality checks

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis or analytics
• Proficient in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis and experience with data modeling
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
