IT Support Admin

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled IT Support Admin to join our team in Kharj City, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in IT System Network Administration and demonstrate a strong commitment to providing exceptional technical support and solutions to our clients.

Location:

Food Industries Polytechnic (FIP), Al Kharj, Saudi Arabia

• Technical Infrastructure Management:
  Manage and maintain network infrastructure, Server administration (Windows Server, Active Directory), CCTV system maintenance and monitoring, IP Telephony system administration, Database management and maintenance
• Educational Technology Support:
  Learning Management System (LMS) administration, Support for digital classrooms and labs, Management of student/faculty technical resources, Educational software deployment and maintenance
• Programming & Web Development:
  Python programming for automation and tools development, PHP development for internal applications, Word Press management for institutional website, Custom application development for educational needs
• Security & Compliance:
  Implement cybersecurity measures, Manage backup and recovery systems, Monitor network security, Ensure compliance with Saudi educational standards
• User Support:
  Provide technical support to staff and students, Manage help desk operations, Conduct technical training sessions, Documentation and knowledge base maintenance

Technical

Skills:

• Network administration (Cisco preferred)
• Windows Server/Active Directory
• Python programming
• PHP development
• Word Press management
• Database administration (SQL)
• LMS platforms
• Backup and recovery systems

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, Relevant technical certifications (CCNA, MCSE, etc.), Understanding of educational technology requirements

5+ years in IT administration, Demonstrated programming expertise, Project management experience

Fluent in Arabic & English, Understanding of Saudi educational system, Ability to work in an educational environment
