We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager for one of our biggest clients, a well-known government entity in Riyadh. The role will be on-site in Riyadh, and it's for Saudi Nationals.

Position: Project Manager

Minimum Experience: 2 years in the same or a similar role

Location: On-site in Riyadh

Nationality Requirement: Saudi Nationals

Education: Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or any related discipline)



Key Responsibilities

• Develop the project plan based on the defined scope
• Identify potential risks, document them, and create mitigation strategies
• Regularly update the project plan to reflect changes
• Coordinate meetings with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
• Conduct regular meetings with the execution team and provide support as needed
• Document meetings through detailed meeting minutes
• Provide necessary status reports on the project's progress
• Log project issues and lessons learned for future reference
• Ensure information is accessible and clear to all team members
• Request support from the direct supervisor when necessary
• Resolve issues professionally and effectively
• Maintain and share project documentation with stakeholders
• Manage proper project closure

• Saudi National
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the same or a similar role
• Strong communication skills
• Solid planning and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in risk management
• Professional problem-solving capabilities
• Effective time management skills
