The Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop user interfaces for web and mobile applications using modern frameworks and tools.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to understand user needs and business goals.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and user interface specifications to communicate design ideas.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve designs.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and user experience.
  • Ensure consistency in design and functionality across different platforms and devices.
  • Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Participate in the development lifecycle, including coding, testing, debugging, and deployment.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers on UI/UX best practices.
    • Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Developer or similar role.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
  • Experience with design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Portfolio showcasing relevant UI/UX design and development projects.
    • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with responsive design and mobile-first development.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and practices.
  • Familiarity with backend technologies and RESTful APIs.
