Senior Manager - IT BRM Master Development; CORS

Qiddiya Investment Company is at the forefront of creating a destination for entertainment and culture in Saudi Arabia. We are currently seeking a dynamic Senior Manager - IT BRM Master Development to lead our strategic initiatives in Business Relationship Management within our IT department. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of IT strategies that align with the overarching goals of the organization, facilitating collaboration between business units and IT.

• Manage relationships:
  Act as business agent in the IT, and advocate for interests of the business in IT; build trust and strong relationship between IT and the Master Development business
• Understand business needs:
  Co-define, refine and shape business needs, and anticipate business demand
• Monitor progress:
  Discuss IT project status with business stakeholders and share business feedback with the IT organization
• Raise business technology awareness:
  Ensure business is aware of IT capabilities and services, and the latest emerging technology related trends that could positively impact the Development business

  Stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to manage senior business stakeholders, facilitate discussions, committees and C-level reporting; business domain knowledge in the master planning, design, cost planning, and development management; technical domain knowledge of IT systems relevant to Qiddiya Development such as GIS, Project Controls; analytical skills to translate requirements into IT solutions and generate business insights; functional and process expertise to shape business IT demand, articulate technology roadmap and vision, develop business cases;
  
  experience in IT project management in relevant industry (e.g., construction, real estate, local government)

• Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field;
  Master s degree preferred
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in IT management, with at least 5 years specifically in business relationship management
• Extensive experience in business relationship management, business/IT alignment, implementation of technology strategy and platforms
• Proven ability to lead strategic IT initiatives and manage multiple projects effectively within a complex environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
