** Key Responsibilities
*** Lead end-to-end management of paid search campaigns across multiple markets.
* Optimize bidding strategies, ad copy, and landing pages to improve performance.
* Analyze keyword data and identify growth opportunities.
* Collaborate with analytics and content teams to ensure alignment on search intent and conversion goals.
* Deliver insights and actionable recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
* Stay up to date on trends in search, automation, and AI-driven optimization.
** Requirements
* ** 6–8 years of experience in paid search, SEM, or performance marketing.
* Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Google Analytics.
* Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
