IT Manager (Entry-Level)

We are seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy individual to join our IT team as an Entry-Level IT Manager in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This position is open to individuals of all nationalities, but preference will be given to Indian candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department and ensure smooth functioning of all systems and processes.
- Manage a team of IT professionals and provide guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Develop, implement, and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and efficiency of our systems.
- Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for upgrades or improvements.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide necessary support.
- Maintain accurate records of hardware, software, licenses, contracts, etc.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our IT infrastructure.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in an IT-related role is not required but would be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networking, databases, security protocols, etc.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage projects effectively.
- Must have valid visa for employment in Saudi Arabia.
