Manager - Cloud Security

Qiddiya Investment Company is actively searching for a skilled Manager - Cloud Security to join our innovative team. As a Manager in this pivotal role, you will lead and enhance our cloud security initiatives, ensuring our cloud environments are robust, resilient, and secure. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement security best practices and manage risk effectively within our cloud infrastructure.

• Cloud Security Strategy & Architecture:
  Define and implement cloud security strategies aligned with business and compliance needs;
  Design and enforce secure cloud architectures and best practices for GCP and multi-cloud environments
• Security Operations & Incident Management:
  Oversee cloud security monitoring, threat detection, and incident response
• Compliance, Risk, and Governance:
  Understand compliances and security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, GDPR, etc.);
  Expertise in risk assessments and drive remediation efforts for security gaps
• Identity & Access Management (IAM):
  Implement strong IAM, PAM, and Zero Trust principles;
  Manage service accounts, workload identities, and access control mechanisms
• Dev Sec Ops  & Security Automation:
  Embed security into CI/CD pipelines and automate security policy enforcement;
  Implement security testing for code, application, and vulnerability management
• Stakeholder Collaboration & Leadership

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5-7 years of experience in information security, with a focus on cloud security
• Strong understanding of cloud security architectures and controls across various cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience with risk management frameworks and compliance standards relevant to cloud environments
• Exceptional leadership abilities and experience managing security teams
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the capability to interact effectively with various stakeholders
• Certifications such as Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) or similar credentials are a plus
• Ability to think critically and problem-solve in high-pressure situations
