• Drive full‑product lifecycle management for new and existing debt resolution tech products; from ideation, requirements, user journeys, backlog, through launch and iteration.
• Work with cross‑functional partners to synthesize business strategy, user needs, and market insights into a unified product vision and a detailed product roadmap.
• Translate high‑level objectives into clear, actionable product requirements and user stories with measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with data, engineering, and design teams to prioritize work, remove blockers, and deliver modern, compliant, user‑centric collections solutions.
• Define and analyze product KPIs, using quantitative and qualitative feedback to inform product direction and continuous improvement.
• Own the go‑to‑market strategy from internal rollout to customer success, ensuring tight feedback loops and alignment with company priorities.

• 3+ years as a Product Manager or Associate Product Manager (Fintech, SaaS, or AI‑driven platforms preferred).
• Demonstrable experience shipping software products from scratch and iterating post‑launch in dynamic, cross‑functional teams.
• Strong understanding of user experience, workflow automation, and analytics in a product context.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Exposure to financial services, collections, compliance, or SaaS platforms is a plus.
• Data‑driven mindset, comfortable defining and measuring success (KPIs, A/B tests, metrics dashboards).
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and gain buy‑in internally and externally.
