• Test Strategy & Planning: Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for new features and bug fixes across web, iOS, and Android platforms.
• Manual Testing: Perform in-depth manual testing, including exploratory, functional, Smoke, Sanity and regression testing, to identify and report software defects.
• Test Automation: Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable test automation frameworks.
• Create and execute automated tests for web applications using Selenium
  .
• Create and execute automated tests for mobile applications (iOS and Android) using Appium
  .
• Integrate automated tests into our CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous quality checks.
• Defect Management: Identify, document, and track software defects in a clear and concise manner, collaborating closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution.
• Process Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to improve our QA processes, tools, and methodologies.

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a significant focus on both manual and automation testing.
• Web Automation: Hands-on experience with Selenium Web Driver
  and a strong understanding of web element locators (e.g., XPath, CSS Selectors).
• Mobile Automation: In-depth knowledge and practical experience with Appium
  for both iOS and Android.
• Programming
  
  Skills:
  
  Proficiency in a programming language commonly used for test automation (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript).
• QA Methodologies: Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). Good knowledge of ITSM process such as Incident Management, CAB, Change Management, Support and SLA would be good.
• Tooling: Experience with bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira), test management tools (e.g., Test Rail), and version control systems (e.g., Git). Knowledge of cross device testing, Safari, Chrome, Outlook, Gmail, Apple, Android – understanding complexities of user experience across device and platforms.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience with API testing (e.g., Postman).
• ISTQB or other relevant professional certifications.
• ITSM qualifications (knowledge of support, hypercare, ticket management, SLAs)
