• Support consulting and project management engagements by contributing to AI-driven analysis, data modeling, and solution development for public sector clients in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
• Strong hands‑on skills in Power BI, Excel, and AI applications to generate insights that guide government decision‑making.
• Translate project requirements into structured analytical outputs, dashboards, and reports that support transformation initiatives.
• Work closely with managers and stakeholders to gather data, validate findings, and ensure alignment with public sector objectives.
• Deliver high‑quality analytical work, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and relevance to project goals.
• Contribute directly to the successful execution of AI‑enabled and data‑driven public sector consulting assignments.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Perform analytical tasks, develop AI‑supported models, and create dashboards that enhance public sector performance and decision‑making.
• Support project planning by tracking activities, tasks, and timelines using MS Project. Responsibilities include collecting, cleaning, and analyzing datasets, and building interactive Power BI dashboards that highlight trends, KPIs, and insights.
• Prepare advanced Excel models for forecasting, process analysis, and impact assessment.
• Convert analytical findings into structured PowerPoint presentations for client workshops, reviews, and steering committee meetings.
• Involves conducting research, benchmarking, and preparing documentation that supports AI and digital transformation initiatives. The Consultant will participate in interviews, workshops, and stakeholder discussions to capture requirements and validate outputs.
• Support the creation of business cases, process maps, and analytical frameworks aligned with government objectives.
• Collaborate with the consulting team to ensure deliverables are accurate, complete, and aligned with project scopes.
• Assist in monitoring project risks, dependencies, and progress using standard project management tools.
• Contribution to change management, implementation support, and continuous improvement activities is expected.

Qualifications &

Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in consulting, analytics, or project delivery with strong involvement in AI or digital transformation projects in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
• Hands‑on expertise in Power BI for dashboard creation, data modeling, and visualization.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, including data analysis, modeling, pivoting, and performance tracking.
• Good working knowledge of MS Project for task planning, scheduling, and project monitoring.
• Excellent skills in PowerPoint for creating clear, professional client‑facing presentations and reports.
• Experience working on public sector or government‑related projects in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills with the ability to support structured consulting deliverables.
• Excellent command of English, with Arabic proficiency considered an added advantage.
