• Support clients through end‑to‑end enterprise solutions transformation programs (CRM, ERP, HCM, SCM, Planning, Manufacturing), covering strategy (business case, roadmap), processes, technical reference architecture, solution and implementation partner selection, and implementation governance and quality assurance.
• Introduce best practices from business requirements specification to solution implementation, minimizing one‑off customizations and reducing maintenance costs.
• Contribute to BCG Platinion’s enterprise solutions chapter by sharing your expertise—attend relevant conferences and events, research and experiment with the latest tech including GenAI, author innovative articles.

• Education
  :
  Above-average degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (strong academic performance preferred).
• Experience
  : 3–4 years of relevant experience driving enterprise solutions transformation programs in CRM, ERP, HCM, SCM, Planning, or Manufacturing (SAP S/4
  
  HANA preferred).
• Functional knowledge
  :
  Solid grasp of typical end‑to‑end business processes (e.g., Procure‑to‑Pay, Order‑to‑Cash, Lead‑to‑Quote, Record‑to‑Report, Hire‑to‑Retire) and their implementation.
• Technical knowledge
  :
  Familiarity with industry‑specific solutions (e.g., SAP IS‑OIL), add‑ons (e.g., APO/IBP, Treasury/BCM, FSCM, Transportation Management, BPC/SEM), and analytical tools (e.g., SAP BW/BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, Digital Boardroom).
• Soft skills
  :
  Excellent teamwork, communication and presentation skills, eagerness to learn and improve, intellectual agility, proven ability to align diverse stakeholders, exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking, strong client focus and results‑driven approach.
• Language
  :
  Fluency in English (Arabic skills are a strong plus).
