We are looking for an Expert in Strategic Planning with +7 years of experience to lead and guide the development of national strategies and strategic studies. The role involves higher-level advisory responsibilities, strategic leadership, and coordination with stakeholders.

• Lead the design, development, and evaluation of national strategies, strategic plans, and initiatives.
• Oversee benchmarking studies against leading countries and international best practices.
• Conduct advanced analytical assessments, including scenario planning, forecasting, and impact analysis to support national decision making.
• Supervise and review analytical outputs, reports, research papers, and strategic presentations.
• Provide expert-level insights and recommendations to leadership, committees, and national stakeholders.
• Monitor, interpret, and assess global and regional trends, and translate them into actionable implications for national priorities.
• Collaborate with government entities, research institutions, and other stakeholders.
• Mentor senior analysts, providing guidance on methodologies, research approaches, and analytical frameworks.

• Bachelor’s degree in a field with strong analytical focus (Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Public Policy, etc.).
• +7 years of experience in strategy, planning, policy analysis, or research.
• Experience in benchmarking and comparative policy studies.
• Strong leadership skills, with experience presenting to stakeholders and decision makers.
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools and analytical methodologies.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and project management capabilities.
