We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced T24 System Admin to provide technical support and troubleshooting for our T24 COB processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of transactions and resolving COB-related issues.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for T24 COB processes, resolving issues and ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.
• Monitor COB processes, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise during the
• Collaborate with various stakeholders, including operations, finance, and IT teams, to ensure smooth COB processing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve COB-related issues, including transaction processing errors, accounting discrepancies, and system issues.
• Analyze and resolve complex technical problems, escalating to senior management or external support as needed.
• Administer and maintain the T24 system, ensuring that it is properly configured and optimized for COB operations.
• Collaborate with the IT team to resolve technical issues and implement system updates.
• Maintain and update COB procedures and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Ensure that all COB processes are completed within the designated timeframe, meeting regulatory and internal deadlines.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on COB operations, including transaction volumes, processing times, and error rates.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in T24, with a focus on providing technical support and troubleshooting for COB processes.
• In-depth knowledge of T24/Transact system.
• Strong understanding of T24 architecture, including application server, Database server.
• Familiarity with ITIL framework and service management best practices.
• Certifications:
  
  T24 certification or equivalent experience.
