The Service Assurance Specialist is a pivotal role within our distribution, supply chain, and logistics organization, responsible for ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
We are seeking a skilled Service Assurance Specialist with a strong IT background to support our operations and logistics teams. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in dashboards

, and will play a key role in monitoring service performance, identifying issues, and ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
