We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager Legal with expertise in real estate tokenisation, blockchain technology, digital asset structuring, and exchange/marketplace compliance. The ideal candidate shall be innovative, solution‑oriented, and capable of driving commercial and legal frameworks from concept to execution.

Provide expert legal guidance on:

• Real estate tokenization and digital asset structuring
• Blockchain-based marketplaces and trading mechanisms
• Platform compliance and investor protection frameworks
• Interpret and comply with regulatory requirements, including RER, REGA, CMA, Digital asset/VASP-related guidelines, and support regulatory filings, licensing, and approvals for digital trading environments

Draft, review, and negotiate:

• Token issuance and offering documents
• Smart contract legal frameworks
• Real estate sale, acquisition, leasing, and investment agreements
• Establish legal models for property tokenisation, fractionalization, and compliant digital trading
• Provide risk assessments and ensure regulatory alignment across product, tech, and operational teams

• Work cross-functionally with tech, compliance, and strategy teams to align legal frameworks
• Engage with regulators, external counsel, and financial institutions to support platform operations
• Resolve legal blockers with innovative, commercially focused solutions

• Bachelor's in Law, with a specialisation in business or in a related field preferred
• 4–5 years of experience in real estate, fintech, or digital assets
• Strong working knowledge of real estate regulatory frameworks in Saudi Arabia or other GCC countries, digital asset legal structures, exchange and trading platform regulations, and blockchain commercial contracting
• Proven ability to design and implement complex legal frameworks in regulated or digital market environments
• Strong understanding and experience in KSA law
• Post qualification, practical experience in KSA preferred
• Legal drafting in English and Arabic
• Fluent in Arabic and English
