Position:
Oracle (HRMS & SCM) Functional Consultant

The Oracle EBS (HRMS & SCM) Functional Consultant will be responsible for providing functional support for production issues as well as configuring setups for new developments and enhancement projects. Knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM & SCM will be considered an added advantage.

• HRMS:
  Core HR, Absence Management, Time & Labor, Employee Self‑Service, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits Management
• SCM:
  Inventory Management, Purchasing, Procurement Self‑Service, etc.

Perform hands‑on functional setup and configuration of EBS modules (HRMS & SCM).

• Requirement gathering
• Documentation (test scripts, SOPs, functional design, configuration)
• Application testing (SIT, UAT)
• Implementation methodologies
• Strong understanding of the complete H2R (Hire‑to‑Retire) and P2P (Procure‑to‑Pay) cycles
• Exposure to global ERP implementations and methodologies
• Ability to resolve conflicts, strong problem‑solving skills, and effective interpersonal communication
• Familiarity with AIM methodology and other SDLC practices
• Solid understanding of customization and development processes
• Proficiency in preparing functional design documents
• Experience in interacting with end‑users to gather requirements, understand business needs, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver functional activities for new developments as well as maintenance and production support

Holding Oracle EBS or Fusion certifications is a plus.

Strong team player with active participation in peer knowledge sharing and development. Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
