ServiceNow Developer

The Service Now Developer will design, configure, develop and maintain solutions on the Service Now platform (ITSM/ITOM/HRSD modules) to automate workflows, integrate with enterprise systems and drive digital service management initiatives.

• Hands-on experience (2-5 years or more) in Service Now development/configuration.
• Experience with workflow automation, system integrations (REST/ SOAP), and ITSM/ITOM processes.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Riyadh and engage with local/regional teams.
• Participate in full lifecycle of Service Now implementations: gather requirements, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment and support.
• Configure Service Now modules (Incident, Problem, Change Management, Service Catalog, HRSD etc.) based on business needs.
• Develop customizations: business rules, workflows, UI scripts, integrations (REST/SOAP), data imports, and reports.
• Ensure platform performance, conduct troubleshooting, tuning, capacity planning and upgrades.
• Create and maintain technical documentation (configurations, workflows, APIs) and provide support/training to users.
• Collaborate with IT teams, business stakeholders and vendors to align solutions and deliver value.
• Follow best-practice guidelines (ITIL, Service Now architecture), ensure security and governance of platform.
• Stay current with Service Now releases, features and roadmap.
