Job Purpose
To provide functional for Oracle Applications, including requirements analysis, solution design, implementation, and ensuring alignment with business needs.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle-based solutions.
- Configure and implement Oracle modules such as:
- Financials (GL, AP, AR)
- HCM (HR, Payroll)
- Manage the application lifecycle from design to testing and deployment.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot application issues.
- Prepare functional and technical documentation.
- Train end-users on Oracle applications.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure system integration.
- Stay updated on Oracle releases and apply necessary upgrades.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle Applications.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite.
- Experience in business analysis and documentation.
- Soft Skills:
Excellent communication, problem-solving, time management.
