Lead Data Governance Consultant; Managed Service Resource

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures across the organization.
• Conduct and maintain Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA) and Records of Processing Activities (RoPA).
• Ensure compliance with local and international privacy laws
  , including GDPR and the Saudi Data Protection Law
  .
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to implement governance best practices and ensure data quality and integrity.
• Support audits, compliance reviews, and reporting for regulatory bodies.
• Provide training, mentorship, and advisory to internal teams on governance and compliance topics.

• 7–10 years of experience in Data Governance/Compliance
  , preferably in financial services
  .
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Strong knowledge of DPIA
  , RoPA
  , and privacy frameworks (GDPR, Saudi DPL).
• Familiar with global data governance standards
  , including DAMA-DMBOK
  , ISO 38505
  , and ISO 27001
  .
• Hands‑on experience in implementing data protection and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

• CDMP (Certified Data Management Professional)
• CIPP/E (Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe)
• ISO 27001 Lead Implementer or equivalent
