Integration Senior Developer is primarily responsible for the development of middleware projects. The role ensures quality design and implementation of various middleware‑based initiatives, delivering projects consistently, efficiently, and on time. The Integration Senior Developer oversees program management tasks, including reporting, issue resolution, escalation, mitigation strategies, and coordinating individual projects.

• Provide technical support in creating/maintaining stable, predictable and effective middleware projects.
• Provide technical solutions to ensure systems/applications are highly available and meet service level agreements.
• Develop and maintain systems and underlying architecture used in the deployment and delivery of the Live Process application.
• Design and develop significant new functionality for all company offerings as needed.
• Produce ongoing maintenance releases of existing products and features; create proper unit tests to ensure that code meets accepted standards; document code and practices to ensure that procedures are communicated efficiently; adhere to development milestones for code and product delivery.
• Manage schedules and resource‑loaded networks support for schedule execution; oversee the customer and the team through daily activities, weekly staff meetings, monthly in‑progress reviews, personnel management, procurement, and subcontractor management.
• Create appropriate reports and perform daily management tasks without direction; prepare written and verbal reports to upper management regarding project status.
• Act as a value creator, people developer, and business operator.
• Be an internally recognized effective land knowledgeable leader for the Saudi Banking Market.
• Generate and/or support new system integration banking business opportunities.
• Shape and lead programs that translate results from business diagnosis and planning into transformation programs/projects.
• Translate and convey client business needs into tangible business solution architecture.
• Lead efforts to define capabilities, application of key technologies, business architecture transformational programs, and monitor and manage target value and performance goals.
• Assess and manage risk throughout all aspects of the business solution implementation.
• Leverage the full range of appropriate client and Band Albilad resources in designing the change plan.
• Lead effective multidisciplinary teams to plan and deliver the business outcomes of the journey.

Bachelor’s Degree required in Computer Science or equivalent (a combination of education and experience will be considered). Prior leadership experience in a technology company is a must.
