GRC Consultant and Risk Consultant

Notice Period: Only Immediate joiners OR not longer than 30 days’ Notice Period.

Experience: 5-Years

We are looking for an experienced GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) Consultant / Risk Consultant to support the organization’s governance framework, drive risk management initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance, and enhance internal control processes. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical abilities, excellent documentation skills, and the capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Governance
  
  ● Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining governance frameworks and policies.
  
  ● Support internal audits, assessments, and policy reviews.
  
  ● Ensure organizational alignment with internal standards and best practices.
• Risk Management
  
  ● Conduct regular risk assessments and identify potential operational, financial, or compliance risks.
  
  ● Monitor risk mitigation plans and ensure timely resolution of identified issues.
  
  ● Maintain the risk register and prepare related reports for management.
• Compliance
  
  ● Ensure adherence to applicable regulations, standards, and internal policies.
  
  ● Monitor compliance with Saudi labor and regulatory requirements, where applicable.
  
  ● Assist in preparing compliance reports and responding to inquiries from regulatory bodies.
• Data & Documentation
  
  ● Handle sensitive GRC data with accuracy and confidentiality.
  
  ● Prepare reports, dashboards, and compliance presentations using Excel & PowerPoint.
  
  ● Maintain proper documentation of audits, assessments, and risk activities.
• Systems Experience
  
  ● Work efficiently with GRC platforms, risk registers, and HR/enterprise systems.
  
  ● Support system updates, configuration changes, and user training as needed.
• Communication
  
  ● Communicate professionally with internal teams in both English and Arabic.
  
  ● Coordinate with stakeholders to gather information, follow up on actions, and support compliance initiatives.
