We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to collaborate on redefining a Web Portal to offer various products and services to its users. The successful candidate will bridge the gap between technology and business objectives, playing a crucial role in identifying, analyzing, and documenting business requirements and translating them into functional solutions.

• Requirements Gathering:
  Work closely with stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements; conduct interviews, workshops, and meetings to understand current processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Analysis and Documentation:
  Analyze gathered requirements, identify gaps, and propose solutions; create detailed documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and use cases; write user stories with detailed acceptance criteria following the INVEST criteria.
• Solution Design:
  Collaborate with technical teams to design optimal solutions; work with the design team; define system functionalities, workflows, and user interfaces; assist in technology recommendations and evaluating vendor products; support QA in validation and testing activities.
• Stakeholder Management:
  Influence stakeholders to support business projects; act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams; facilitate communication, manage expectations, and ensure alignment of solutions with business objectives; conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to end‑users.
• Process Improvement:
  Define new system workflows, business rules, and process diagrams; identify opportunities for automation and optimization; assess existing systems and workflows to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
• Project Management:
  Participate in project planning and execution; assist in defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables.

• 4+ years of core experience as a Business Analyst in a technology product organization.
• Proficiency in gathering and documenting requirements.
• Familiarity with business process modeling and workflow tools.
• Experience working with JIRA, Confluence, Figma, etc.
• Understanding of database concepts and data analysis techniques.
