This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Database Administrator located in the Riyadh Region. Responsibilities include designing, administering, and maintaining databases to meet the company’s operational needs. The role also involves troubleshooting database issues, managing replication strategies, and ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and security. The Database Administrator will work closely with other teams to support data‑related technical requirements and provide expertise in database management.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Database Administration and Database Design
- Strong knowledge of databases and hands‑on experience in managing database systems
- Skills in troubleshooting database issues and optimizing performance
- Understanding and experience with replication methods and technologies
- Excellent problem‑solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience with Service Now or similar IT service management platforms is a plus.

DB in production environments.
- Install, configure, and maintain relational database systems on Linux servers.
- Manage database structures including schemas, tables, indexes, and user permissions.
- Implement and manage database backup and recovery strategies.
- Configure and maintain database security, including access controls and encryption.
- Perform regular database maintenance and performance tuning.
- Document procedures, configurations, and operational tasks clearly and accurately.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to support database needs.
- Strong SQL and database administration experience (MySQL, Postgre
SQL, Oracle, or similar). - Maria
DB experience is a strong plus and preferred. - Good understanding of Linux system administration (RHEL, CentOS, or Oracle Linux).
- Experience with database replication, high availability, and disaster recovery.
- Familiarity with scripting (Bash, Python) for automation.
