This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Database Administrator located in the Riyadh Region. Responsibilities include designing, administering, and maintaining databases to meet the company’s operational needs. The role also involves troubleshooting database issues, managing replication strategies, and ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and security. The Database Administrator will work closely with other teams to support data‑related technical requirements and provide expertise in database management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience with Service Now or similar IT service management platforms is a plus.

• Install, configure, and maintain relational database systems on Linux servers.
• Manage database structures including schemas, tables, indexes, and user permissions.
• Implement and manage database backup and recovery strategies.
• Configure and maintain database security, including access controls and encryption.
• Perform regular database maintenance and performance tuning.
• Document procedures, configurations, and operational tasks clearly and accurately.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to support database needs.
