We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our client’s team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will lead and manage end-to-end IT projects, coordinate with business and technical stakeholders, and ensure the successful delivery of solutions aligned with organisational goals. This role requires strong technical understanding, leadership ability, and experience working within enterprise or government environments in Saudi Arabia.

• Lead full project lifecycle management for IT initiatives, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
• Develop project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors.
• Gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Conduct vendor evaluations and ensure compliance with SLAs and contract terms.
• Prepare project reports, dashboards, and executive-level updates.
• Ensure adherence to PMO governance, IT standards, and documentation protocols.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (infrastructure, cloud, security, applications, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with Saudi cybersecurity standards and regulatory frameworks.
• Conduct project reviews, audits, and lessons‑learned sessions for continuous improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Master’s degree / MBA is an advantage.

• 6–12 years of IT Project Management experience.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise‑level IT projects in Saudi Arabia or GCC region.
• Experience with government, BFSI, telecom, healthcare, or large enterprise environments is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud platforms (Azure / AWS), cybersecurity, and application environments.
• Hands‑on experience with SDLC methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid.
• Experience using project tools such as MS Project, Jira, or similar platforms.

• PMP, PRINCE2, or PMI‑ACP
• ITIL Foundation
• Agile / Scrum Certifications

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong negotiation, leadership, and decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
