Integration Leads

Are you ready to step into a pivotal leadership role at the forefront of the Kingdom’s digital financial revolution? Our client is a growing fintech company in the Central Province of Saudi Arabia, operating under the regulation of the Saudi Central Bank. The company aims to offer innovative services to their customers in a reliable financial environment. We are now building a new Integration function and hiring several key team members at different levels.

As part of this build‑out, we are looking for you to have experience in systems integration, API integration, solution integration, and cross‑functional delivery.

The Integration Function is being expanded to support the increasing volume of merchant onboarding across the Kingdom. This role is responsible for building and supporting end‑to‑end integrations between merchants' Electronic Cash Register (ECR) systems and Mada POS devices. It requires strong technical capability, hands‑on debugging, stakeholder coordination, and the ability to manage a large volume of integrations efficiently. All positions are essential to ensuring coordination, alignment across teams, technical execution, merchant support and reducing the integration backlog and preventing revenue loss.

• Build end‑to‑end integrations between merchants’ ECR systems and Mada POS devices, including analysing system architecture (Android, Windows, C#, .NET) and managing two‑way data flows.
• Debug integration issues directly, capture logs, and work with the third‑party technical vendor to implement required technical changes.
• Coordinate with merchant technical teams, internal business stakeholders, vendors, and sales to maintain alignment and ensure integrations progress smoothly.
• Set up testing environments, oversee go‑live activities, and manage a high volume of integrations against clear timelines to reduce backlog and prevent revenue loss.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, feasibility assessments, and API materials; provide merchants with required libraries and support publishing these on the company website.
• Strong API integration knowledge with hands‑on debugging and technical analysis capability.
• Experience across multiple operating systems and programming languages.
• Knowledge of Mada is highly desirable.
• Fin Tech or similar experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills;
  Arabic preferred, but not compulsory.
• Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable in fast‑paced, high‑volume environments.
• Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills.
