Responsibilities
- Perform data quality checks, validation, and reconciliation across core banking systems.
- Develop and execute test cases, test scripts, and data validation processes.
- Identify data anomalies, inconsistencies, and gaps; coordinate fixes with data engineering teams.
- Ensure accuracy of data pipelines, ETL processes, and reporting datasets.
- Support UAT cycles by validating data flows and ensuring business rules are accurately implemented.
- Document defects, test results, and data quality dashboards.
- Work closely with business, risk, and compliance teams to ensure data governance standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer S.cience, IT, or related field
- Strong SQL skills for data profiling and validation.
- Knowledge of ETL tools, data warehousing, and QA methodologies.
- Understanding of banking data domains (customers, accounts, transactions, payments) is preferred.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical mindset.
