Quantum Computing Specialist

• Design, develop, and test quantum optimization and simulation code (e.g., quantum annealing) for complex financial and economic problems.
• Explore quantum‑classical hybrid architectures to process large-scale datasets and optimize system design.
• Assess algorithm performance against classical benchmarks and develop comparative solutions.
• Formulate optimization and simulation problems for economic and financial analysis in collaboration with subject matter experts.
• Ensure scalability and consistency of solutions across multiple application areas, including data preparation for quantum workflows.
• Engage with external quantum technology partners to facilitate knowledge transfer and innovation.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in quantum computing and algorithm development.
• Proven experience designing and implementing quantum algorithms for large institutions with complex data structures.
• Strong proficiency in programming for quantum computers and solving optimization problems.
• Hands‑on expertise in quantum optimization and simulation techniques.
• Familiarity with containerization and Dev Ops practices (Docker, CI/CD) for scalable deployment.
• Advanced programming skills in Python and other languages, with a focus on maintainable, high‑quality code.
