• Define and lead AI strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational vision and client priorities.
• Architect and oversee the design, training, and deployment of advanced AI/ML models across multiple domains.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to embed AI into digital engineering solutions and platforms.
• Engage with clients to translate business challenges into AI‑driven solutions with measurable impact.
• Lead and mentor a team of AI engineers and data scientists, fostering innovation and delivery excellence.
• Ensure ethical AI practices, data governance, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

• 10+ years of experience in data science, AI, or machine learning, including leadership roles.
• Proven track record of designing and deploying AI solutions at scale.
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML techniques such as deep learning, NLP, computer vision, and generative AI.
• Experience with leading AI frameworks and cloud platforms (e.g., Tensor Flow, PyTorch, AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Ability to engage with business stakeholders and executives in a consultative manner.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills with experience managing technical teams.
