Business Intelligence Analyst

design, develop, and maintain BI solutions that transform raw data into actionable insights, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning across the organization.

• Develop and manage BI dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for BI solutions.
• Analyze data trends and provide insights to support business strategies.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all BI systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement through data analytics.
• Maintain and optimize data models and ETL processes for efficient reporting.
• Monitor BI system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in BI development and data visualization.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes.
• Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts and relational databases.
• Basic knowledge of programming languages (Python, DAX, or R) is a plus.
