Performance Assurance Analyst

We are looking for a detail‑oriented and proactive Performance Assurance Analyst to support performance measurement, reporting, and analysis across our project portfolio. This role is key to enabling data‑driven decision‑making by transforming project data into clear insights for leadership and project teams.

The Performance Assurance Analyst will collect, analyze, and report project performance data across schedule, cost, quality, and safety metrics. You will support performance assurance reviews, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives across EPCM projects.

• Gather, validate, and analyze project performance data (schedule, cost, quality, safety, etc.)
• Develop and maintain dashboards and performance reports for internal and client use
• Track KPIs, trends, and anomalies to support continuous improvement
• Support performance audits and assurance reviews across multiple projects
• Capture and report lessons learned and performance insights
• Liaise with project teams to collect inputs and promote best practices
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of the performance assurance framework

• 3–5 years of experience in project controls, quality, or data analytics within EPCM or construction environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
