Job Purpose

Assist project team in the configuration of business processes in the area of assigned SAP ERP modules efficiently, in a timely manner and within quality standards as per the defined policies and procedures to achieve departmental operational plans and development objectives.

Key Accountability Areas SAP Module Expertise and Business Process Improvement

• Provide subject matter expertise on SAP's best practices for implementing respective SAP module business processes.
• Lead workshops to gather business requirements, influence adoption of standard SAP processes, identify and handle gaps while minimizing development effort.
• Foster the culture of innovation, building and enduring healthy relationships with positive feedback from colleagues and customers.
• Contribute to IT department level improvements through initiatives that support governance and standardization of processes, including Business Process & Procedures.

SAP Module Configuration and Testing

• Design, configure, test, and implement assigned SAP module business processes, ensuring SAP standards are followed and minimizing customization.
• Define and execute unit, integration, and regression test scripts to validate key end‑to‑end business scenarios and troubleshoot complex functional issues identified during implementation, testing, and post‑Go‑Live.

Project Management and Documentation

• Contribute to managing SAP projects or programs within defined time, quality, and cost constraints to deliver solutions for ultimate business satisfaction.
• Document all aspects of the assigned SAP module implementation, including business blueprint design, application configuration, functional specifications, test plans, and business process procedures.

Support and Incident Resolution

• Support the existing productive implementation of the assigned SAP module and resolve incidents based on pre‑defined SLAs.
• Ensure any change request follows the Request for Change process and is not handled as an incident.

HR Proficiency

• Train sub‑ordinates and build a team to perform work effectively.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to subordinates in all aspects of their work.
• Delegate tasks fairly to maintain morale and motivation.

Delivery

• Perform planned activities to meet operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
• Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.
• Provide periodic reports detailing deviations and execution of planned tasks.

Problem‑Solving

• Resolve related problems, escalating complex operational issues when necessary.

Quality

• Ensure quality requirements are met through effective quality control processes, including specifications for products or related activities.

Business Process Improvements

• Coordinate well‑defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automation opportunities as much as possible.

Compliance

• Comply with related policy and procedures and work instructions.

Safety

• Ensure compliance of safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined work activities to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high‑quality products/services.

Academic Qualification

Bachelor Degree in Information Management Sciences & Systems.

Work Experience

4 to 6 Years.

Applications System Analysis.
