• Engage with stakeholders across finance, credit, and product teams to understand and document business processes and goals.
• Analyze and document the full credit approval lifecycle and corporate financing workflows.
• Elicit, clarify, and document detailed business requirements, functional specs, and process flows.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation of requirements.
• Support workflow design and process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance in credit and financing operations.
• Assist in defining product features and lifecycle considerations from a business perspective.
• Identify process gaps, risks, and opportunities, recommending improvements aligned with business objectives.
• Maintain clear and organized documentation of processes, requirements, and workflows.
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams.

• Solid understanding of corporate financing principles, credit approval workflows, and product concepts.
• Experience with business process modeling and documentation tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with SDLC and Agile project methodologies.
• Ability to translate complex business concepts into clear requirements.
