As the Business Intelligence Specialist / Data Analyst, you will be responsible for structuring datasets for analysis and generating actionable intelligence to support decision-making across departments. This role is ideal for someone with a strong analytical mindset, a keen understanding of business processes, and an aptitude for deriving insights from complex and unstructured data.

A working knowledge of the sports and/or esports industry is highly preferred to ensure context-driven insights and faster ramp-up time.

• Clean, organize, and structure raw data from different systems into usable formats
• Understand internal and external data sources related to business processes
• Analyze data to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization
• Structure Excel data processes and reports to communicate findings effectively
• Must have proficient abilities in utilizing Power
  
  BI for dashboard development and enhancement
• Support the creation of business presentations (data analysis and strategic insights) using Power Point
• Work independently on assigned tasks, while also collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Apply business logic and industry understanding to deliver insights with context
• Maintain data integrity, accuracy, and version control across projects
• Conduct benchmarking research to support strategic initiatives
• Support strategic planning through research and analysis of performance metrics and stream optimization opportunities
• Adapt to a fast-paced, remote-first work environment

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as Business, Data Analytics, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related discipline
• 2–7 years of experience in a data analysis, business intelligence, or related role

• Strong proficiency in Power
  
  BI (dashboard visualization, filters, layout, UI/UX)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts, etc.)
• Proficiency in PowerPoint for business storytelling and presentation building
• Ability to work with unstructured or messy datasets and derive structure independently
• Demonstrated understanding of business processes and how data informs them
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to work independently and follow through on instructions with minimal oversight
• Prior experience or interest in the sports or esports industry is a strong plus
• Fluency in English required;
  Arabic is a plus
