Black Stone eIT, a renowned computer software company, is looking for innovative and strategic AI Consultants to join our talented team. As an AI Consultant, you will engage with clients to identify and assess their AI needs, providing expert guidance and solutions that leverage artificial intelligence to drive business success. You will play a crucial role in developing AI strategies, designing customized AI solutions, and ensuring successful implementation and integration within client operations.

In this role, you will collaborate with clients across various industries and work alongside our dedicated team of data scientists and software developers to develop cutting-edge AI solutions that optimize processes and enhance decision‑making capabilities.

• Consult with clients to understand their business challenges and objectives related to AI
• Evaluate and assess the feasibility of AI solutions to improve business operations
• Develop AI strategies tailored to client requirements and industry standards
• Design and prototype AI solutions, including predictive models and algorithms
• Conduct workshops and presentations to educate clients about AI technologies and their benefits
• Support the implementation and integration of AI systems into client workflows
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI solutions and provide ongoing support
• Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in AI technology

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in AI consulting or a similar role
• Strong understanding of AI concepts, algorithms, and frameworks
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java
• Experience with machine learning and deep learning frameworks (e.g., Tensor Flow, PyTorch)
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non‑technical stakeholders
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment
• Experience in project management and client engagement is a plus
