Black Stone eIT, a leader in providing innovative software solutions, is seeking a skilled ERP Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of ERP projects for our clients, ensuring that projects meet their objectives and are completed on time and within budget.
As an ERP Project Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to define project requirements, develop comprehensive project plans, and oversee project execution.
Responsibilities:- Lead the end-to-end management of ERP projects, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather and document project requirements and establish project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Manage project risks, issues, and change requests effectively, ensuring timely resolution.
- Facilitate communication among stakeholders and team members, ensuring transparency and collaboration.
- Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure project documentation is accurately maintained, including project charters, status reports, and lessons learned.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to project team members.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing ERP projects.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and implementation methodologies.
- Proven experience in project management, with a focus on delivering successful outcomes.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and motivational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
- Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
