Overview

GenO Apps Presales (Saudi - Riyadh) – Join Oracle’s team to apply your passion for technology by helping customers understand what they can achieve with Oracle solutions. This role focuses on delivering technical pre‑sales support and showcasing the value of Oracle products to partners, prospects, and customers.

• Deliver high‑quality Oracle presentations and demonstrations.
• Present and articulate Oracle product strengths relative to competitors.
• Participate in the design, validation, and presentation of Oracle software solutions.
• Provide presales technical/functional support to prospective clients and customers via the internet, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Use analytical problem‑solving skills to help customers understand their business problems.
• Build proof‑of‑concepts, create repeatable solution demonstrations, deliver hands‑on workshops, and develop industry‑focused solution innovations.
• Work with Windows/NT (UNIX knowledge a plus) and execute tasks with guidance on company policies and procedures.
• Supervise managers or mentors as needed.
• Present findings and collaborate with sales teams on key selling activities.

At the end of the program you will learn to:

• Understand Oracle solutions and help customers see how they can use them to solve business problems.
• Work directly with customers and sales teams on key selling activities.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or up to 4 years relevant experience.
• Technical aptitude in cloud technology concepts.
• Strong communication skills – ability to collaborate and present concepts clearly.
