PKI Expert

An experienced PKI Expert to lead our Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) operations as part of our Trusted Service Provider (TSP) services. As a senior executive reporting directly to top management, and play a pivotal role in shaping our PKI strategy, ensuring Web Trust compliance, and maintaining the highest levels of trust and security for our clients.

• Own the PKI business strategy and ensure alignment with the PKI strategy.
• Hire, set up, and manage the PKI organization structure.
• Chair PKI governance board meetings and sign off on key board decisions.
• Lead the implementation and ongoing compliance with Web Trust for Certification Authorities, CA/Browser Forum Baseline Requirements, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Oversee certificate lifecycle operation, digital signature oprations, HSM management, and secure key ceremonies.
• Ensure the integrity and security of Root and Subordinate CA operations.
• Act as the primary liaison with auditors, regulators, and trust community bodies.
• Drive continuous improvement of PKI operations, digital signature and governance.

• Minimum 10 years of full-time work experience in IT and/or management, with strong exposure to IT Security.
• Proven hands‑on team leadership and organizational management skills.
• Management qualification (such as an MBA) is a plus.
• Strong technical background — a superior or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field is preferred.
• Information security management experience is strongly desired.
• Practical experience in Web Trust, PKI operations, audits, and compliance is highly valued.
• CISSP certificate or equivalent is a plus.
